Are you participating in a United Way Workplace Giving Campaign? Did you know that you can designate a portion of your United Way pledge to go to PEAK?
Just follow these steps:

Download or ask your United Way Representative for a Designation Pledge Form (rather than a General Pledge Form).

Check Option 2 in the "My Pledge to United Way" section

Indicate the percentage of your gift that you would like to go "to another 501(c)(3),"
